Hi! I’m Dr. Taylor Schregardus, and I’m so excited to officially introduce myself as the newest chiropractor here at Groskopp Chiropractic. While I’ve already been seeing patients for a few weeks now, I’m excited to take a moment to properly say hello and share a little more about myself.
My approach to chiropractic care is centered around connection, comfort, and wellness. I believe the body functions best when the nervous system is supported, stress is addressed, and care is personalized. Whether you’re dealing with everyday aches and pains, tension from stress, or simply looking to maintain your health, my goal is to help you feel heard, relaxed, and confident in your care.
I enjoy caring for people of all ages and stages of life and have special training in working with pregnant women using the Webster Technique.
Outside of the office, I am actively involved in the American Chiropractic Association, advocating for chiropractic care and staying connected with chiropractors and students across the country. I have traveled to Washington, D.C. on several occasions to lobby for chiropractic on Capitol Hill.
This post also marks the start of my blog series, where I’ll be sharing helpful, easy-to-understand content on chiropractic care, stress, nervous system health, and everyday wellness. Be sure to stay tuned for more posts coming soon!
If there’s anything that you would like to see covered, we’d love to hear from you. Feel free to message the clinic on social media with your questions or topic ideas. You can find us on Facebook and @groskoppchiropractic on Instagram and TikTok.
If you haven’t had a chance to meet me yet, I’d love to invite you to one of our upcoming Meet & Greet events:
These offer a relaxed opportunity to stop by, say hello, ask questions, and get to know me a bit better.
I am so grateful to already be part of this community and look forward to continuing to care for you. Next time you’re in the clinic, don’t hesitate to say hi!
